1. Acceptance of Terms

Most tours allow for a one-time change if requested 7 days in advance.
Refunds for cultural education programs are processed within 5 business days. We're committed to fair treatment for every guest, whether you're here for a day tour or a month-long residency.
3. Liability & Safety
